Superintendent's Conference Day

On Tuesday, our faculty came together for a productive Superintendent’s Conference Day focused on the future of learning at Mattituck-Cutchogue! Working in mixed K-12 groups, teachers explored the NY Inspires Initiative and began developing a District Portrait of a Graduate, identifying the knowledge, skills, and attributes we want every Mattituck-Cutchogue graduate to carry with them. In the afternoon, faculty continued the work within their buildings by exploring assessment practices aligned with this vision.
What's next? Engaging our students, families, and community members as we continue shaping a Portrait of a Graduate that reflects the hopes and aspirations of our entire school community. Thank you to our faculty for their collaboration, thoughtful conversations, and commitment to our students!
