This is an introduction to the NYS OPWDD Front Door process. This is a process that individuals go through to access OPWDD services. The individual/family member will learn about:

• The Front Door process
• The services OPWDD offers
• The eligibility process
• An introduction to Self-Direction
• Funding for services
