REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW EXEMPTIONS 

TOWNS OF SOUTHOLD AND RIVERHEAD REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW RPTL 458-a (11), DISABLED VETERANS RPTL 467, LOW-INCOME SENIOR CITIZEN TIERED RPTL 466-a, 10% EXEMPTION OPTION TO VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS AND AMBULANCE WORKERS, AND SURVIVING SPOUSES OF POLICE OFFICERS KILLED IN THE LINE OF DUTY RPTL 471. 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, in the Mattituck High School Auditorium, 15125 Main Road, Mattituck, New York, regarding the aforesaid matter which will be presented to the residents and taxpayers of the Mattituck-Cutchogue UFSD for public comment so that all persons interested in the subject can be heard at such time and place.
